Cancellation Policy

Non-Cancellable Items:

The following products are non-cancellable once an order has been placed:

• Auspicious Products

• Make-to-Order & Special Products

Cancellation Restrictions:

• Orders valued over ₹1 Lakh cannot be cancelled.

Rights to Cancel Orders from Jwalanti:

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

1. Limited Inventory: In case the product is out of stock or has limited availability.

2. Pricing or Product Information Errors: If there is an error in the pricing or product description.

3. Quality Issues: If any defects or quality concerns arise during inspection.

4. Insufficient Customer Information or Failed Verification: If proper customer information is not provided or verification fails.

5. Suspicious or Fraudulent Orders: In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Natural Calamities or Unforeseen Circumstances: Cancellation due to uncontrollable events.

7. Serviceability Issues: If the delivery area is not serviceable.

Return Policy

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Required Documentation for Returns:

To process your return, please provide:

• A video of the packing process and courier handover.

• A valid Government ID proof.

• Any one of the following bank documents:

• Bank statement

• Front page of the passbook

• Canceled cheque

These documents should be submitted via email and WhatsApp.

Orders Over ₹1 Lakh:

Refunds are not possible for orders exceeding ₹1 Lakh. However, exchanges are available for such orders.

For Diamond and Certified Products:

A refund or exchange will be initiated only after verifying the product’s authenticity.
